5 x 1 hour individual coaching sessions, with Liza and Robbie

Online auditions have specific demands that differ from in-person work. This individual coaching course addresses them directly. Over five sessions, you develop a reliable and repeatable approach to the online audition format.

Sessions are scheduled at times that suit you.

Session 1 — Understanding the online audition What casting directors see and look for in an online audition. The specific demands of the format: framing, background, lighting, sound, and eye line. Common mistakes and how to avoid them.

Session 2 — Preparing the text Analysing the material into concrete playable choices. Making specific decisions quickly and with limited context. Building a preparation that supports spontaneity rather than controls it.

Session 3 — Connection through the camera Presence and interaction in a recorded context. How to maintain genuine behavioural availability when there is no live partner in the room. Working with a reader.

Session 4 — Working under direction Adjusting immediately to redirection. Maintaining openness between takes. Producing range without losing specificity.

Session 5 — Mock audition and feedback A full simulated online audition with immediate feedback. Identifying what is working, what needs adjusting, and how to continue developing independently.
